BCDI commits to empower disadvantaged Bicolanos towards total human development.

Total human development is achieved through faith-based, proactive and authentic leadership and governance bringing about robust economy, sustainable ecosystem, upholding human rights, nurturing peace and gender equity.

Goal

To improve the life quality of most vulnerable communities through action in various strategic sectors in the Bicol Region.

Organizational Objectives

• To promote the total human development of Bicolanos.
• To develop cultural, socio-political, economic unity among and between development actors, sectors and church-based communities in the region.
• To establish inter-sectoral and inter-faith linkages with national and foreign organizations for the purpose of developing various programs for the poor in the region.
• To enhance the capacity of BCDI and its member organizations to become center of excellence in the development field.
